Complaining Effectively

Complaining is almost a national past-time given the numbers of disgruntled customers and lack of service quality in Singapore. In fact, schools should have a module that educate the new generation on the art and intricacies of complaining effectively. No matter, this person has artistically demonstrated how complaining should be done.
